FCNS Leadership Team

Executive Director
Carol Ann grew up in Weston, one of five children, and has been teaching in early education since 2007. She has worked extensively with every age group and has a lasting passion for children’s development. Her family spends much of their time on the Cape and Martha’s Vineyard, and her daughter loves to hike, fish, and play outdoors right alongside her. She loves watching children succeed and is dedicated to creating a safe, educational space for every child at FCNS.

Director of Finance & Operations
Brittney supports FCNS’s financial management, operations, and long-term planning, bringing a background in finance, accounting, and business analytics to the role. A longtime member of the FCNS community, she served in leadership roles on the Board of Directors before joining the school in her current position. She works closely with the Director and Board on finances, facilities, policies, and compliance — helping ensure FCNS has a strong foundation to keep providing a nurturing, nature-based education. As both a parent and longtime community member, Brittney is passionate about the school’s mission and loves contributing to a place that has meant so much to her family.
