Teaching positions

These are unique opportunities for highly motivated, creative and dedicated educators. The ideal candidate has an interest in and appreciation for nature, as well as a preference for teaching outdoors all year round.

We have part-time (M-F 8:30am to 1:30pm) and full-time (8:30am to 3:30pm) positions available.

Compensation for teaching position, depending on credentials and experience range from $24 to $27/hour.

Infant/Toddler Teacher

Requires a Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) Certification of Infant/Toddler Teacher or Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher. 

Preschool Teacher

Requires a Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) Certification of Teacher (Preschool, Infant/Toddler) or Lead Teacher (Preschool, Infant/Toddler). 

Substitute Teachers

Assist a teacher in the daily routines on an on-call basis.
Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) Certification of Teacher (Preschool, Infant/Toddler) preferred but not required
